Finance & Human Resources Professional, Vietnam
This post is for our Vietnam office in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Localize the HR & Financial process according to the requirements of the headquarter;
- Responsible for the company’s daily financial accounting, budget management, account keeping and tax planning & declaration;
- Responsible for the asset management, credit and debts management of the company, and participate in the investment management of the company;
- Responsible for timely and accurate invoices registration;
- Responsible for the employee entry procedures, personnel files management, and the signing of employment contracts;
- Responsible for monthly salary report and on-time payments;
- Support the evaluation of the employees during the probation period;
- Assist in implementation of the company’s onboarding procedure, follow up and report the feedback after training.
- Over 3 years financial working experience;
- Very good accounting and local tax knowledge;
- Basic HR knowledge;
- Good communication skill;
- Good English writing skills.
