This post is for our Vietnam office in Ho Chi Minh City.


  1. Localize the HR & Financial process according to the requirements of the headquarter;
  2. Responsible for the company’s daily financial accounting, budget management, account keeping and tax planning & declaration;
  3. Responsible for the asset management, credit and debts management of the company, and participate in the investment management of the company;
  4. Responsible for timely and accurate invoices registration;
  5. Responsible for the employee entry procedures, personnel files management, and the signing of employment contracts;
  6. Responsible for monthly salary report and on-time payments;
  7. Support the evaluation of the employees during the probation period;
  8. Assist in implementation of the company’s onboarding procedure, follow up and report the feedback after training.


  1. Over 3 years financial working experience;
  2. Very good accounting and local tax knowledge;
  3. Basic HR knowledge;
  4. Good communication skill;
  5. Good English writing skills.
